The Ville de Dudelange, den Atelier and De Gudde Wëllen present the preliminary musical line-up and disciplines of the USINA25 Festival at Neischmelz, Dudelange.
On Friday, May 30, and Saturday, May 31, the iconic site of NeiSchmelz in Dudelange will once again transform into a vibrant cultural hub as the USINA25 festival brings together some of the biggest players in Luxembourg's cultural landscape on an unprecedented scale. More than a dozen key figures contribute to the festival and curate the artistical program of the two-day festival at Neischmelz, Dudelange.

Two days, five venues, a collaborative program
Set against the industrial backdrop of NeiSchmelz, the multi-venue festival includes iconic sites such as the Pomhouse, the Hall des Vestiaires & Wagonnage and in total 5 venues in the 2025 edition of the festival: namely A-Stage, Casa Communa, VEWA, KanFna and CNA-Pomhouse.

LINE-UP DAY 1, Friday, 30 May 2025:
REA GARVEY is an Irish singer-songwriter and rose to fame as the frontman of the rock band Reamonn, which was formed in 1999 and achieved success with hits like Supergirl. After the band disbanded in 2010, Garvey launched a solo career, releasing albums such as Can't Stand the Silence (2011) and Neon (2018), blending rock with electropop influences. In addition to his music career, Garvey has been a prominent figure on German television, serving as a coach on the popular show The Voice of Germany. He has collaborated with notable artists such as Nelly Furtado and Kool Savas and remains active in both the music and television industries.
KAMRAD blends electronic pop with catchy guitar elements and heartelt lyrics. He first gained recognition with his 2017 debut single Changes, and his music career took off with hits like I Believe, which achieved international success with millions of streams. His subsequent singles, including Feel Alive and I Hope You End Up Alone, also topped airplay charts. In 2024, KAMRAD joined the coaching panel of The Voice of Germany, further cementing his place in the German music scene. Known for his emotive songwriting and engaging stage presence, he has become a standout figure in contemporary pop music.
Jack Curley is an emerging singer-songwriter from Stalybridge, a suburb of Manchester, England. Known for his heartelt lyrics and soulful vocals, Curley draws heavily on personal experiences to create emotionally resonant music. His debut single, Alice, gained widespread apention for its raw depiction of heartbreak, and his later releases, including the hit track Down, have collectively garnered millions of streams. Curley's music is characterized by an intimate, acoustic style that oren showcases his impressive vocal range and rasp.
Joel Marques is a singer-songwriter based in Luxembourg. His participation in the 13th season of The Voice of Germany in 2023, in which he reached the semi-final, was his first kickstart for his musical career and he participated in the Luxembourg Song Contest in 2024. Doing music for as long as he can think, Joel wants to create a beautiful environment around his musical journey where everyone is welcome.
Dutch Criminal Record is a UK-based indie-rock band known for their vibrant blend of surf-pop, jangly guitars, and infectious melodies. Drawing inspiration from artists like The Vaccines and Bombay Bicycle Club, their sound combines upbeat rhythms with nostalgic, feel-good energy. With a growing fanbase and a reputation for dynamic live performances, Dutch Criminal Record is carving out a unique space in the indie scene.
Miss Sappho, a vinyl enthusiast, began her career in 2005, initially focusing on hard techno. Over time, her style has evolved into a more eclectic mix, blending deep bass lines and captivating melodies, all while maintaining an energetic vibe that defines her sets.
Blue-Ish is a luxembourgish singer-songwriter. Her style, rooted in indie pop-rock folk, reflects a range of influences from Florence and the Machine, to Loyle Carner and Pvris. Since 2018, Blue-ish’s main focus has been live performances, which started out in the streets of Luxembourg, and quickly evolved onto bars, small festivals and various musical events across Europe.
LINE-UP DAY 2, Saturday, 31 May 2025:
dEUS is a renowned Belgian alternative rock band formed in Antwerp in 1991. The group has gained international acclaim for their innovative sound, blending rock with elements of jazz, blues, and experimental music. Their debut album, Worst Case Scenario (1994), propelled them to prominence, featuring the hit single Suds & Soda. Over the years, dEUS has released eight studio albums showcasing their evolving artistry. Founding members Tom Barman and Klaas Janzoons have been constants in the band's lineup, driving its creative vision. The band is celebrated for its eclecFc approach to music and engaging live performances, making them a significant force in European alternative rock.
Big Special are a duo who are louder than bombs. Big Special write about desperation and struggle, about a Britain in decline, about finding pride in your darkest moments, about how the real class war in the UK is always punching downwards. Theirs are song of hope, and despair, and more hope, because, ultimately, good people win. Songs that channel that voice you hear when you look in the mirror and see your true self – fight songs for a world gone wrong.
Fil Bo Riva is an Italian-born singer-songwriter known for his soulful voice and eclectic blend of indie rock, folk, and blues. Based in Berlin, his music is characterized by raw emotion, dynamic melodies, and introspective lyrics. He gained recognition with his EP If You’re Right, It’s Alright (2016) and his debut album Beautiful Sadness (2019), which showcase his unique ability to create both intimate acoustic ballads and powerful anthems.
EDSUN is a multitalented artist from Luxembourg combining his personal brand of R&B with contemporary dance and alluring visuals, resulting in highly entertaining performance ensembles. EDSUN began his musical journey with a melancholic dark air to his music, but has gradually transformed into upliring unique sounds, peeling back layers that can weigh heavily, a transition that reflects EDSUN's personal journey. He is always driven by a sense of risk-taking and freedom and belonging to the LGBTQ+ community contributes an avenue of inspiration in his art.
TUYS Between energetic live shows and cinematic videos, Tuys crar an exuberant mix of artistic sophistication and pop hooks. The band was founded in 2007 by three primary school friends and continues to be their life project with a new base in Berlin. They create driving art rock and emotive psych pop music with chiming guitars, synths, and wide-ranging vocals. Their music is accompanied by visual storytelling that explores metafiction and aesthetic satire.
Pip Blom For her third album, Bobbie, Dutch singer-songwriter Pip Blom decided to rip it up and start again. After making her name as one of the brightest indie rock singers around through two albums – 2019 debut boat and 2021 follow-up Welcome Break – and a lauded live show honed over gruelling years of touring, the new album sees her take a delightul ler turn into thumping, carefree synth pop.
Loverman is the solo project of Anglo-Belgian artist James de Graef. On his debut record Lovesongs the deep-voiced songwriter reveals himself in a minimalist formula, where the guitar accompanies his twilight poetry. Following in the footsteps of Leonard Cohen and Nick Cave, Loverman evolves in a world of chiaroscuro, and delivers songs that are inhabited by an idea of Timelessness.
Moyka is a Norwegian singer, songwriter, and producer known for her ethereal, synth-driven electropop. Oren referred to as the Norwegian pop witch, she blends atmospheric soundscapes with deep, emotional lyrics, craring music that feels both haunting and empowering. With hits like I Don’t Wanna Hold On and Rear View, Moyka has gained international apention for her distinctive sound, drawing comparisons to artists like Robyn and Aurora. Her music transports listeners into a world of shimmering synths, pulsing beats, and raw emotion, making her a rising force in the Scandinavian pop scene.
Mambo Schinki is a unique entertainer and musician from Luxembourg, recognized for his high-energy performances featuring his vintage 1982 Yamaha D-85 home organ. Combining genres like polka, mambo, rumba, disco, and waltz, he delivers lively sing-along concerts that captivate audiences with their interactive and nostalgic vibe. Known for transforming classic hits into vibrant organ-based interpretations, Mambo Schinki has become a favorite in both local festivals and private performances.
Rave Aerobic is not higher, faster, further - it is not a competitive sport. Rave aerobics is a disco sport! Visually inspired by the 80s and 90s, Rave Aerobic with its crew of dancers and DJs offers a show to dance along to - for everyone. The music is cross-genre, the unifying element: energy and fun in movement. Wherever Team Rave Aerobic appears, every session becomes an instant party and catapults the crowd into endorphin heaven.
Hannah Ida acquired her first guitar at a flea market at 16 and wrote her debut song, White Bird, following an intense sailing trip to Scandinavia. Since then, the instrument has never ler her side! The shy teenager gradually gained confidence and found her calling by composing raw, acoustic tracks with lyrics that are both sensiFve and rebellious, inspired by her own journey.
